Rhinelander District Library Announcement

The Rhinelander District Library Building will be open to the public beginning Monday, April 19, 2021.   

 

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm 

Building CLOSED: Saturday, Sunday 

Book Drops are open.  Items may be returned inside when the building is open 

All hours subject to change 

Here’s what to expect when you visit: 

Visitors are welcomed in the building for 30 minutes total of browsing materials or using the computer. The number of visitors inside the building is limited. 
Children under the age of 14 are welcome in the building with a responsible adult. Children 14 and older may visit responsibly on their own.   
Visitors 2 and older are required to wear face masks that cover the nose and mouths If you cannot wear a mask, curbside pickup of materials is available. 
Please enter and exit through the doors from the library parking lot.   Please note distancing marks throughout the building. The Stevens Street door will be closed to those entering the building.  
Only one person or family group should use the elevator at a time. 
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building.  
Seating is limited, and the meeting room is not available for use or reservations. 
Returned items will be quarantined for 24 hours per the latest scientific study and the CDC. 
The library is cleaned every day. High touch surfaces are cleaned as staff are able.  Please stay home if you are sick. If you need an extension on your items, please renew them online or call 715-365-1070.   

You may pick up your holds inside the building or our popular curbside pickup service will continue for the foreseeable future as a way for you to access our collection.
