    Job Description
    Job Summary

    With oversight from the Territory Manager, The Branch/Project Manager is responsible for all disaster restoration jobs that are received within their designated area as well as overall operations and sales goals of their assigned location. This will include oversight of approximately 15 employees, project managers, marketing & Sales manager, and Restoration Technicians.

    The Project Manager is responsible for managing every aspect of the job from start to finish including entering the job into the correct systems, writing the estimate for the job, scheduling crews to complete the work, keeping the lines of communication open with the customer as well as the insurance adjuster and any subcontractors working within the project, as well as writing the final billing summary at the completion of the job. The Branch/Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the operations at the assigned branch.

    Use project management skills to monitor, follow-up, and direct job standard performance
    Dress in proper attire to maintain a professional image always
    Have the family support structure in place to allow to be on-call to perform emergency services for our customer
    Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, discipline, and motivate your supervisory and production staff.
    Respond very promptly to customer requests and concerns.
    Identify revenue growth opportunities and retain accounts with high-quality service and relationships.
    Be a team player. Support and assist other operations managers in building start-ups, recruiting and hiring and sharing resources.
    Maintain a professional attitude with employees and customers always
    Participate in the on Call rotation
    Ability to lead & Manage employees effectively
    Develop relationships with insurance industry personnel including adjusters
    Previous Restoration Experience a plus
    Ability to manage many projects at once
    IICRC Certifications a plus

    Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

    Project Management: 3 years (Required)

    High school or equivalent (Required)

    Must have a valid drivers license (Required)
