-Bertani Sereole Soave 2016, paired with Caprese (fresh mozzarella, basil, heirloom tomato, and balsamic).
-Santa Cristina delle Venezie Pinot Grigio 2017, paired with classic Italian street food Arancini (breaded and deep fried risotto ball, served with marinara).
-Santa Cristina Toscana Rosso 2015, paired with Chicken Saltimbocca (stuffed with roasted red peppers and spinach, wrapped in prosciutto).
