Charter NEX Films is investing in high school student awareness of career opportunities in plastics by bringing the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) PlastiVan Program to the Rhinelander High School on 5/8/2018. 100+ students will experience a hands-on science and technology program that brings education on aspects of plastic chemistry, history, processing,
manufacturing, sustainability, and applications.
PlastiVan® provides sound science and educational programs throughout the USA, which spark scientific curiosity in students while increasing their knowledge of the contribution plastics make to modern life; encouraging them to seek careers in engineering.
