This class will be held bi-weekly so mark your calendars. If you are familiar with flow style yoga and are looking to burn a few calories and get strong......this just might be the class for you. In this 45 minutes we will be focusing more on the exercise element that yoga can offer versus the relaxation. Strong and Structured! High volume music to keep you motivated.
