Slow down and savor the flavors of the holiday season! Bring your lunch, or help yourself to a piece of chocolate, and participate in a brief mindful eating activity. Then stay for a short mindful eating informational session, with several tips for eating less and enjoying more during the busy, and often stressful, holiday season. There will be time available for questions, and a quick game of Mindful Eating Bingo for those who are interested.
