A Program for Those Who are Grieving During the Holidays
While society is emphasizing togetherness, joy and giving thanks, the holidays can stir a wide array of emotions in those who have lost someone important to them – dread, anxiety, sadness, remorse, regret, loneliness and even anger. Everyone is invited to spend an afternoon exploring how to handle this challenging time of year.
Grief and the Holidays, a free program for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, will be held Friday, November 15, 2:00 p.m. The program, presented by Ascension at Home will be held at the Rhinelander Public Library, 106 N. Stevens Street in Rhinelander. There is no cost, but pre-registration is appreciated. Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
For more information contact, Christina Harkness at 800-643-4663.
