Event Description:
FIT in the Park is a free outdoor community exercise program held at
Hodag Park during July and August. All fitness levels are welcome.

At Hodag Park (beach house) on Wednesday, July 18 at 6:00 pm for a“Tabata on Target” workout.

Please note that changes or cancellations due to rain or poor weather will be posted on the YMCA of the Northwood’s Facebook page. or visit www.ymcaofthenorthwoods.org.
