November 6th is our second installment of Dinner with the Chef. Just in time for hunting season, the theme for this dinner is Wild Game!
You will enjoy a delicious dinner while Chef Amelio demonstrates how to prepare it: duck confit salad, venison chops with wild mushrooms and bread pudding, and a dessert (TBD).
