Eastern spirit flags are five colorful pieces of cloth or paper strung together and enhanced with words, images and symbols for the purpose of promoting peace, compassion, wisdom, & strength in the world.  
 
Tent sponsored by Rhinelander Woman's Club.  School of the Arts Rhinelander Legacy poetry reading at Project North--Programs sponsored by RDLF, FOL, Northern Arts Council, Peters Memorial Fund, the GWFC-Rhinelander Woman’s Club, Rhinelander Masons, University of Wisconsin Division of Continuing Studies, The Robert E.
