Event Description:
Make a fabulous design out of paper at the Rhinelander Library Crafternoon on April 7th, from 1-3 PM.
This is no ordinary paper craft. The class will learn all about quilling, which is the coiling and shaping of narrow strips of paper to create some pretty amazing crafts. Everything you’ll need, tools and materials, are provided!
